how to make the transforming ninja star

first thing is to fold 4 pieces of paper in half
measure it with a ruler
then cut into a perfect square so you have 8 squares
fold all 8 diagonal both directions so it looks like an "x" when you open the paper
then fold in half down wards
open it the fold 2 top corners to the middle
keep it folded then fold it in half going side ways
push the back end in
do that to all 8
put one piece in the middle of the others open end fold the first two corners over
then tuck them into the second one
continue that for all 8
